Camp David is often cited in official documents as "Naval Support Facility Thurmont," Thurmont, MD 21788.
Located across the Pennsylvania border from Camp David is Site R (Raven Rock) Alternate Joint Communications Center (AJCC), near Waynesboro, PA, reported to be the bunker used by Vice President Cheney during the months after 9/11.
